It’s quality that matters most when it comes to choosing the perfect replacement windows for your home. At Renewal by Andersen® of Central Florida, we use top-of-the-line materials that can help you save time, money and effort in the long run.

Our Fibrex® frame material, for instance, combines the best qualities of wood and vinyl. In this video, we demonstrate how we manufacture it:

The Manufacturing Process

This advanced material consists of 40% reclaimed wood fiber by weight and 60% polymer. We extract moisture from the wood fiber, which will be combined with the heated polymers. The fusion results in a material that has the strength of wood and moisture-resisting feature of vinyl. Lastly, we use an extruder to mold it into any shape. Its unique fabrication also allows us to mix colors that can match your existing furnishings.

How It Can Benefit You

Our tradition of innovation and craftsmanship makes us the leading window company. The use of our special Fibrex material can help you achieve a more energy-efficient home. It reduces thermal transfer through your windows and keeps the interior temperature comfortable. Partnered with our High-Performance™ Low-E4® SmartSun™ glass, it can help minimize utility costs.
