Strong Glass, Stronger Warranty
Keeping the glass of your window under warranty for 20 years? It may sound too good to be true, but Renewal by Andersen® of Florida has got you covered — literally.
Our twenty-year limited warranty for glass means that the insulating glass of your window(s) or door panel(s) are guaranteed to be free of extensive damage and defects for a full 20 years from the installation date. This covers everything from manufacturing to materials and workmanship.
Should your window or door be deemed defective as a result of the insulating glass, don’t worry — we’ll either replace or repair the fixture as necessary without charging you a penny. What’s more? The replacement parts are also warranted for the remainder of your original warranty period.
No Small Detail Falls Through The Cracks
The overall durability of your windows and doors does not come exclusively from glass. Rather, both the frame and sash are constructed of state-of-the-art Fibrex® material — the likes of which we are exceptionally proud to offer you.
Thus, when you purchase a product with Renewal by Andersen® of Florida, you’ll also receive a 10-year warranty on the non-glass and non-Fibrex® components of your installation. Specifically, this includes:
- Hinges
- Handles
- Locks
- Lifts
- Balance systems
- Weatherstripping
- And more
Just as with our glass warranty, we will replace or repair the installation as necessary during the warranty period. Repair and replacement parts will also remain warranted until the original 10-year period has ended.
Installation To Your Expectations
When it comes to your home, there’s no room for error. After all, you should feel confident in the investment you’ve made for your property.
That’s why, should your window or door fail to functionally operate as a result of improper installation, we will return to optimize the original installation so that it meets our industry-leading standards. This warranty lasts for two years and guarantees that you will never be held responsible for someone else’s workmanship.
Please note, however, that this warranty does not apply to any finishing or other materials that were applied or installed adjacent to your window or door after the original installation is completed by our team.
